Financial Manager
End-User License Agreement
Effective October 22, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between CTWei (“we”, “us”) and the organization that uses Financial Manager (the “App”) and its authorized users (“you”). By signing in to or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the internal bookkeeping of your organization, for as long as your access is active.
2. Accounts and access
Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Administrators decide which users and accounts each person can see.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, resell, sublicense or distribute the App;
- reverse engineer it, except where the law allows despite this restriction;
- use it for unlawful purposes or to process data you are not authorized to process;
- attempt to bypass its security or access controls.
4. QuickBooks Online and other connected services
When an administrator connects QuickBooks Online, you authorize the App to access and update the connected company’s data as needed for the features you use: sending invoices, importing payments and reconciling balances. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s terms. You can disconnect at any time from the App’s QuickBooks settings or from QuickBooks Online.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you enter, import or connect. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your responsibility for financial records
The App is a tool to help keep records. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, payments and reports before relying on them or sending them to anyone.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
9. Termination
We or your organization may end your access at any time. When access ends, this license ends. Sections 5 to 8 and 10 continue to apply.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Agreement; the effective date above shows when it last changed. Questions: contact@ctwei.com.
